Founder and leader of NKPL. An engineer (BTech) with an MBA, he was Vice President at EICL Ltd, one of India's largest kaolin companies, where he and his team were integral to its growth. He later led businesses for the Binani group in India, Europe and the USA. He is also a published author.

Formerly DGM, R&D at EICL Ltd. An expert in polymer and paper coating formulations, he guides NKPL's process technology and its research programme with CSIR-NIIST.

Experience that built industries
- Vice President, EICL Ltd. Integral to the growth of one of India's largest kaolin companies. The team he built there is the backbone of NKPL.
- Chairman, CII Kerala South Zone, while at EICL.
- President Corporate, Glass Fibre, Binani Industries Ltd. Owner's representative and Director of 3B, the fibreglass company, following BIL's US$320 million acquisition in 2012. Led the group's fibreglass business across Europe, the USA and India.
- President, Binani Zinc Ltd. Led the company to the ASSOCHAM CSR Excellence Award 2012–13 (SME / Other Corporates category).
